Wednesday - February 5, 2020

This has been a wonderful year for me. The students in room 4 have taught me nearly as much as I have taught them, and I had an amazing time getting to know them and helping them grow.
Please know that your children have been a joy to teach and they will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you for all kind words and for letting me be part of their lives.

Sincerely,

Rogério Pereira (a.k.a. Mr. P)

How to deal with challenges:
Today we discussed how our brains respond to pressure and anxiety. Sometimes we want our brain wants us to fight, other times, to flight or we just freeze. However, we need to learn how control our emotions and our brain's response. Learning how to face challenges helps us grow and be in charge when dealing with new or uncomfortable situations. Ask your child how she or he faces challenges!
