What Does Good Writing Look Like?
In our class, students are encouraged to use a Writing Checklist when they finish their work. It helps them reread and edit their work. Also, they ask a friend to read their work and give a constructive feedback.

In addition to the checklists and peer review, we read excellent examples of writing and texts that need more work done. As students practice, think about their own work, revise others work and review good examples of written language, they become better writers.

Finally, reading! Reading is the key to become good writers.

“Read a thousand books, and your words will flow like a river.” ― Lisa See (writer)
